This policy is strict by design. It exists to protect operational time, delivery quality, and project commitments. If you are not aligned with these terms, do not proceed with engagement.
1. Refund Eligibility (30-Day Window)
Refunds are only considered if all of the following conditions are met:
- The request is made within 30 calendar days of the start of service
- The agreed scope of work has not been fully delivered
- There is clear, documented failure from our side to execute the agreed deliverables
If work has been delivered as agreed, no refund applies.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be granted in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase or onboarding
- Dissatisfaction without objective failure of delivery
- Lack of internal implementation or cooperation from the client side
- Delays caused by client-side response time or missing inputs
- Partial progress already completed on agreed deliverables
- “I no longer need the service” type cancellations
Once the project is active, resources are allocated immediately and are non-recoverable.
3. Contract Termination Policy
- Clients must provide a minimum of 7 days written notice before termination
- If notice is not given within this timeframe, the contract will automatically continue into the next billing cycle or agreed term
- Early termination does not cancel obligations for work already initiated or in progress
Failure to notify properly = continued billing and execution.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
If a refund is approved under eligibility conditions:
- Processing time: up to 30 business days
- Refund method: original payment method used at checkout
- Any completed work up to that point will be deducted from the refund amount (if applicable)
5. Scope & Delivery Principle
We operate on a delivery-based model:
- If deliverables are completed → no refund
- If deliverables are partially completed due to client delay → no refund
- If deliverables are not executed as agreed → eligible review for refund within 30 days
